Job Description Join TOMRA Collection as we continue to build and strengthen our operations in Serbia. We are looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Office Manager to keep our Belgrade office running smoothly for a maternity cover contract 12-18 months (with possibility of extension or permanent position). About the Role You will oversee day‑to‑day office operations and ensure that administrative, financial, and organisational activities run efficiently while collaborating across TOMRA business units and external partners. What You Will Be Doing Office & Administration: Reception, calls, mail, meeting rooms, equipment, documentation, travel, team-building. Finance & Reporting: Invoicing, payables/receivables, expense reporting, budgeting, monthly reporting. Logistics, Imports & Inventory: Imports, customs documentation, inventory, service planning. HR & Recruitment Support: Recruitment assistance, leave tracking, HSE coordination. Sales & Marketing Support: Enquiries, campaigns, materials, event coordination. Qualifications What You Bring Financial literacy University degree Minimum 2 years administrative/office management experience Strong organisational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication skills and positive attitude English language proficiency Additional Information Why Join TOMRA?
