Top Dawg Pressure Wash is Abbotsford’s highest-rated exterior cleaning company, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a driven and organized Office Manager to be the backbone of our operations and help us scale to the next level.
Position: Office Manager
Location: Abbotsford, BC (Work from home with co-working space available)

Your Role

  • Dispatch daily operations: coordinating 3 service trucks and sales reps for consultations.
  • Manage phones, emails, scheduling, and customer follow-ups.
  • Assist with CRM usage and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Organize and improve office workflows.
  • Work side-by-side with the owner to build and document office SOPs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in office management, dispatching, or administration is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
  • CRM or scheduling software experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated to grow with a company and take ownership of results.
