REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the logistics, transportation, or service industry.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and office compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all administrative activities to ensure the office operates efficiently.
  • Supervise office staff and delegate tasks to maintain productivity and workflow.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and office correspondence.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on staff records, payroll, and office budgets.
  • Ensure office supplies, equipment, and resources are maintained and replenished as needed.
  • Handle vendor relationships and manage contracts and service agreements.
  • Monitor office procedures and implement improvements for increased efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and supporting company events or activities.
