In order to not only maintain this positive working atmosphere, but also to continuously improve it, we are looking for an Office & Reception Manager. Part-time positions with 20-30 hours per week are also welcome.
Your workplace at reception is the hub of our office, and with your organisational skills, you will always keep track of everything. In this way, you will ensure that everyday office life and internal events run smoothly and that a positive working atmosphere is maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Work experience: You have proven experience as an office or front office manager or administrative assistant.
  • Office management expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of office management tasks, systems and procedures.
  • Legal knowledge: You are familiar with the legal basics, especially in the area of data protection and information security.
  • Technical know-how: You are confident in using office software (preferably Google Workspace) and have practical experience with office equipment such as fax machines, printers and workplace furniture.
  • We are looking for someone who is not only professionally qualified, but also has a positive and supportive personality.

Responsibilities
  • You ensure that office processes run smoothly as the central point of contact for your colleagues.
  • You answer employee enquiries about office-related matters (e.g. office supplies, furniture, hardware) and support them in all organisational matters.
  • You take responsibility for providing optimal guest service and catering.
  • You will be responsible for our meeting rooms and coordinate internal meetings for our General Manager.
  • You will process incoming and outgoing mail, as well as mail distribution and dispatch.
  • You will support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • You will coordinate external service providers such as cleaning staff, tradespeople and suppliers, and be responsible for ensuring that services are performed to a high standard.
  • You will assist with general administrative and procurement tasks, such as key management, inventory monitoring, purchasing consumables and implementing safety measures
  • You will be responsible for planning and organising internal events designed to promote our location culture and strengthen team spirit.
