Description

Warren Mechanical’s Office Manager is responsible for optimizing the office operations. Tasks range from general administrative tasks to financial reporting and processing responsibilities. Along with being the primary point of contact for the main office, this position supports the President with overseeing 3 office positions and is responsible for the following areas. A more detailed job list is available.
1. Human Resources: Including employee onboarding and terminations and employee benefits
2. Financial oversight: Including budget management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
3. Documentation management: Maintaining and establishing organized office operations and procedures, policies, handbooks, processing and filing project documentation such as contracts, permits and related documents as well as other relevant documentation.
4. Technology Oversight: Ensures technology is running smoothly and efficiently throughout the company
5. Administrative Management: Oversees daily office operations including mail, visitors and general office procurement (office and kitchen supplies) for both buildings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
