WerkHaus Fitness Studio is currently looking for a part-time Office Manager to help with administrative duties. This is an in-office position and our studio is located at 2196 Dundas West.
Key Responsibilities
- Help organise staff schedules and time sheets to maintain session accuracy
- Help answer potential client email and in person inquiries regarding the various services that WerkHaus offers
- Help troubleshooting technical issues for clients using the booking system
- Assist in answering client emails and potential client inquiries
- Assist in taking meeting notes and help scheduling meetings for certain staff members
- Help with general studio maintenance, cleanliness and organization
- Assist in organising student internship program during the summer months
- Help organise public events such as community outreach, philanthropy partnership programs, etc.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google sheets
- Proficiency with Squarespace, Square payment Processing, Acuity Scheduler
- Proficiency with Google Suite and their corresponding products
- Experience in office administration
- Experience with multiple social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Rednote, etc.
- Experience with Janeapp
- Experience with Customer service
- Graphic Design knowledge (ie. Canva)
- Adaptable and a self-starter
- Team player, organised, and punctual
Pay: CA$17.20 an hour
Part-time: 9-15 hours per week
