JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This position requires strong organisational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various administrative tasks.
The successful applicant should possess good organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the the smooth and efficient operation of the office, therefore proven experience in a similar role is essential. The office consists of two staff members who support seven full time engineers.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in managing daily office operations to ensure a productive working environment.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining organised records.
  • Proficiency in using computerised systems, including Sage, is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for successful interaction with customers over the phone and by email
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - to include Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ordering and sourcing parts from suppliers.
