As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support our business setup team.
Job Summary
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing all administrative, HR, and operational aspects of the office, while also providing support to the business setup and client servicing teams. The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge of UAE company formation processes and at least 5 years of office management experience in a professional service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and organization
Coordinate with departments such as Business Setup, PRO, Finance, and HR
Supervise administrative staff and ensure client documentation is processed timely
Support client onboarding and internal coordination for setup workflows
Manage office supplies, contracts, vendor coordination, and general logistics
Schedule internal meetings, prepare reports, and manage executive calendars
Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE labor regulations
Prepare performance reports, handle internal correspondence and office filing
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a consultancy or legal/PRO firm
Strong knowledge of business setup processes in the UAE (Mainland & Free Zones)
Excellent administrative and team coordination skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)
Strong organizational, communication, and reporting abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure
