We’re looking for an Office Manager with an HR focus for an international organization based in Amsterdam. This is a role where you’re receptionist-extra: part host, part office manager, and part HR support. Through Receptioniste NEXT, you’ll be guided through the recruitment process, and once hired, you’ll join the company directly.

Responsibilities

You are the face of the office. From the moment someone walks in, you make them feel welcome. You keep everything running smoothly, whether it’s meeting rooms, lunch orders, or coordinating with suppliers.
You’ll also play a key role in HR: supporting onboarding, keeping employee records in order, assisting with internal communication, and contributing to initiatives that make work more engaging, think team outings, social activities, and wellbeing programs.

Your days will be a dynamic mix of:

  • Front office & reception: welcoming visitors, handling calls, managing access passes.
  • Office management: inventory, facilities, safety, and supplier coordination.
  • HR support: administration, onboarding, communication, and training assistance.
  • Events & fun: organizing drinks, team activities, and company events.
