OVERVIEW

We are seeking a part-time/occasional worker who is an organized and proactive office manager. The ideal candidate must be flexible; hours are approximately September-June (5–15 hours) per week-days and/or evenings, and July and August with 20-30 hours per week (days only). This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and effectively, along with providing support to staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A fine arts background or degree is a plus but not required.
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
  • Ability to do curriculum planning and staff scheduling.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
