[What the role is] We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our Rewards and Recognition team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of HR cycles and initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and staff movements. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills, a keen eye for data accuracy, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. [What you will be working on] Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performance Management Coordinate the full annual performance management cycle, including the launch and tracking of workplan and appraisal forms Support management presentations and decision-making with data and documentation. Assist in the end-to-end compensation process including the computation and simulation of Performance Bonus, Merit Increment, and promotion and updating the finalised performance outcomes and compensation changes in the HR system. Talent and Succession Planning Prepare talent profiles to inform succession planning. Maintain accurate and timely updates in the HR system Staff Appointment and Movement Exercise Coordinate the staff appointment exercise from nomination to confirmation. Draft appointment communication including appointment letters. Update HR system to reflect approved staff movements and appointments. HR Reporting and Process Improvement Generate insights through data analytics. Champion process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Support ad-hoc projects and cross-functional HR initiatives as required. [What we are looking for] Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management or related fields At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in compensation or performance management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A team player who is independent, resilient, and resourceful.
