Description

We’re a small, dynamic window film installation business with a close-knit team. We take pride in our high-quality service and are looking for an Office Operations Administrator who can be the backbone of our customer and office support.
This role is all about keeping things running smoothly — answering enquiries, preparing quotes, scheduling jobs, supporting clients, and making sure the team is organised and ready to go. You’ll also assist with basic accounts and light warehouse tasks, but the main focus is customer service and operations.

What you’ll do

  • Be the first point of contact for phone, email, and online enquiries
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes to help secure jobs
  • Schedule and coordinate jobs for our installers
  • Order and track stock, film, and supplies
  • Support builders and business clients with compliance paperwork
  • Assist with invoicing and reconciliations in Xero (basic level)
  • Keep the office and warehouse organised and running efficiently

What we’re looking for

  • Strong background in customer service or administration
  • Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable juggling tasks and problem-solving independently
  • Familiarity with Xero is a bonus but not essential
