Job Title: Office Operations Executive
Reports To: (UK) Senior People Team Manager
Department: The People Team

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Operations Executive to join our dynamic People Team. In this key role, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our office and warehouse, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-equipped working environment. You will be responsible for supporting IT, facilities management, and operational administration, playing a vital part in keeping our teams productive and supported. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

IT Support & Technical Proficiency:

  • Configure and set up laptops for new employees and updated devices, ensuring they have the necessary software and access permissions.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper setup and removal of system access.
  • Oversee the day-to-day IT support and infrastructure for the UK office.
  • Act as the primary contact for all local IT-related queries, escalating to the US IT team when required.
  • Wipe and securely decommission laptops and other devices when employees leave or when hardware is retired.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and track allocation to employees.
  • Provide first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for employees, both onsite and remotely.
  • Collaborate with the US-based IT support team to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
  • Monitor IT systems and identify opportunities for improvement or areas requiring attention.
  • Assist with software updates, installations, and licensing compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and best practices, ensuring compliance with company security and data protection standards.
  • Assist with the setup of our monthly all-hands meeting.
