You don’t need to be an expert in everything from day one – what matters most is that you’re confident, organised, and eager to learn. We’ll provide training and support to help you grow into the role.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to other staff, keeping the office running smoothly
  • Manage Sage accounting, enter financial data, manage EOM reconciliations
  • Provide excellent customer service (emails, phone calls, order enquiries)
  • Write and send professional emails/newsletters
  • Create simple graphics (e.g. customer labels, promotions, social media posts)
  • Operate our in-office professional vinyl & label printing equipment
  • Help run CRM promotions and campaigns across social media
  • Think outside the box – bringing fresh ideas to support growth and efficiency
