Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker We’re looking for an Office and Operations Manager to join our team and be the backbone of our daily operations. This person will create a smooth, efficient, and positive workplace experience, while also supporting cross-functional workflows across the whole organization and executive coordination. Your Arena Full ownership of all aspects of our Israeli office – end-to-end management of the office, including vendors (cleaning services, maintenance, suppliers, etc.), equipment, facilities, and overall office operations. Take full responsibility for ensuring the office runs seamlessly on a daily basis, with strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of all office needs. Manage complex operational workflows, including food orders, supplier coordination, and ongoing vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency. Create and maintain a productive, welcoming, and well-functioning work environment aligned with our team culture. Lead company events from A to Z – from initial planning and creative concept to execution and post-event follow-up. Manage and track office and welfare budgets, ensuring smart allocation of resources and cost efficiency. Support day-to-day company operations including onboarding/offboarding, travel coordination, expense tracking, Happy Hours, and internal documentation. Work closely with HR, finance, and IT to support process execution and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Assist senior leadership with scheduling, meetings, and ad-hoc project coordination. Follow up on cross-functional action items and ensure project alignment across teams. Requirements What It Takes 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative roles, ideally in a startup or tech environment Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership - Must Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset with creativity and “can-do” attitude to handle challenges and continuously improve office operations. Highly enthusiastic with a strong can-do attitude Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting. Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and project management platforms Fluent in English Nice to Have Experience working in a fast-scaling startup. Exposure to finance or HR support workflows. Prior experience supporting executive teams.
