Responsibilities
  • Coordinate executive communication, including managing calls, emails, and interactions with external partners
  • Schedule meetings and appointments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintain an organized system for both paper and electronic documents
  • Oversee information technology management, including computers, phones, and filing systems
  • Manage vendor purchases and review daily batches for all locations
  • Maintain fuel logs
  • Manage online store operations
  • Process cash deposits
  • Open and review credit accounts
  • Assist with accounts receivable, including tracking and following up on outstanding invoices
  • Ensure strict confidentiality regarding all business matters
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required
