Requirements Key Responsibilities of the Office Operations Manager Revenue Cycle and Finance Support Oversee billing operations for efficiency and compliance Monitor A/R, claims, and payments with billing lead Partner with internal teams and external billing resources Track metrics and improve financial performance Assist with budgeting, expenses, payroll coordination, and reporting Front Office & Patient Services Manage scheduling, registration, phones, and patient flow Ensure a positive patient experience Resolve patient concerns as needed Supervision and Leadership Member of collaborative management team Supervise billing and front office staff Serve as liaison to physician leadership Support operational planning and improvements Operations & Administration Oversee daily administrative functions Coordinate credentialing and compliance tasks Partner with outsourced HR and accounting Manage vendors and office supplies Coordinate facility needs Technology Liaison with IT vendors Support EMR, billing, and communication systems Qualifications Education & Experience: 8+ years in medical practice leadership role, OR 5 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s degree Skills: Revenue cycle oversight (no coding required), Team leadership experience, EPIC or similar EMR experience, Knowledge of healthcare compliance, Microsoft Office proficiency. excellent communication and organizational skills What We’re Looking For Strong operational leader Process improvement mindset Team player and collaborator
