IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking an Office/Operations Manager to join a growing, multimillion-dollar private, family-owned company in the building and construction industry! Ideal candidates should be career-driven individuals who can take ownership, think strategically, and help lead the company into its next phase of growth. This is a full-time leadership role with significant raise and bonus potential, plus PTO, sick leave and profit sharing once transitioned to a permanent position.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee day-to-day office operations and streamline processes.
  2. Manage accounts payable/receivable and assist with bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred).
  3. Schedule meetings, coordinate projects, and ensure deadlines are met.
  4. Handle vendor relations, procurement, and materials ordering.
  5. Support marketing efforts and maintain social media presence.
  6. Build and maintain client relationships using CRM systems.
  7. Identify and implement operational improvements.
