JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. This role is essential for ensuring that our administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in office management, and a comprehensive understanding of various administrative processes. You will be responsible for managing office staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and human resources practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
  • Experience with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Knowledge of training & development practices to support staff growth.
