Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

This is a key role based in Birmingham delivering operational and customer service excellence across the West Midlands and Southeast. The role will lead and manage office operations and office management in this region, including managing the wider administration team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee office operations and ensure administrative functions are performed efficiently.
  • Line management of senior administrators.
  • Responsible for overseeing the running of offices within the region, including implementing all necessary policies.
  • Travel required where necessary to oversee and manage the other sites, including Bristol, Cardiff and the Thames Valley offices.
  • Management of Office Operations budgets, tracking expenditure and approving invoices.
  • Managing finance administration for the region.
  • Ensure the region maintains a high-level performance and completion rate with compliance matters and business-related targets, including successful completion of service reviews, time sheets, training, invoicing actions and audits.
  • Work with other Operations and Office Managers across the business to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee and provide an excellent on-boarding experience for new starters.
  • Oversee and organise office socials, events and work with D&I communities to implement initiatives.
  • Oversee compliance, BSi, H&S and environmental audits, ensuring successful completion.
  • Responsible for Office Health & Safety.
  • Oversee maintenance, facilities, and environmental items, ensuring records are kept up to date.
  • Work with IT to ensure the office equipment is in good order.
  • Ensure the office environment is in line with our values and culture.
