Job Description Essential Responsibilities: Coordinate guests’ on-site arrivals and departures during show tapings Communicate with show vehicles and drivers to keep schedules on track Work with producing teams to support guest needs while in-studio Ensure dressing rooms are prepared prior to guest arrivals and assist with quick room changes and flips between guests Assist with general production office upkeep, organization and administrative tasks Monitor and maintain office inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and available Qualifications Minimum 1 year of television production experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Eligibility Requirements: Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through nbcunicareers.com to be considered Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice Must be willing to work in New York City, New York Must have work authorization to work in the United States Desired Characteristics: Previous work experience on talk shows or other daytime television Experience working in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills Flexible, personable, self-starter, and extremely detail-oriented with the ability to interface with the creative community as well as all levels of NBCU staff Ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals Additional Requirements: Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
