We’re a growing Data Analytics Consultancy working with clients across three continents. At Data Kraken, we blend innovation, insight, and collaboration to deliver real impact.
We’re now looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Office & People Coordinator to join our team - someone who’s curious, open to learning, and excited to grow with us.
Please note: This is an on-site role based in Oxford (OX4 2NE). You must be able to commute to the office 4-5 days per week. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s highly organised, great with people, and ready to take ownership of a key role in the team. You’ll lead on office admin and operations, with the opportunity to build your knowledge in HR tasks like onboarding, holidays, payroll coordination, and employee support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage general office administration and daily operations
  • Coordinate payroll, NEST pension, and PAYE/VAT submissions (training provided)
  • Support staff onboarding, time-off tracking, and maintaining employee records
  • Be a friendly point of contact for employee queries and support
  • Help organise team activities, internal communications, and events
  • An interest in social media is a plus, with a potential opportunity to contribute to our online presence
