About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our Out patient team. As a Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician. Your primary goal will be to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions. You will work closely with physicians, Medical assistants , and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Location  Fort Worth TX 76104 / Weatherford TX 76086 Minimum Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program * Current certification as a Physician Assistant * Current state license to practice as a Physician Assistant * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in a primary care or specialty care setting * Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems * Bilingual in English and Spanish will a plus Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans * Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results * Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate * Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention and management Skills: As a Physician Assistant, you will use your strong clinical skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care. You will need to be proficient in conducting patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications and other treatments. In addition, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical to your success in this role. Finally, experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and fluency in Spanish will be beneficial but not required.
