WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented assistant to help keep our office and projects running smoothly. This is a great role for someone with experience in architecture, interior design, or real estate environments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in design, architecture, or related fields
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and project management tools (like Monday)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license or courier familiarity a plus

Responsibilities

QuickBooks: Monthly billing, expense tracking
Project Organization & Management: Dropbox folders, receipts, spreadsheets, and contact databases
Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain company calendar for deliveries and meetings; assist with project communications
Marketing & Media: Keep website and social media up to date; outreach and response to prospective client inquiries
