Responsibilities
To assist with the up keep of a quality system and internal audits and help with the day to day running of the office.
Enter data into computer systems and maintain accurate records
Assist with administrative duties
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
Type correspondence and other documents as required
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
Must have a good understanding of Excel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
