Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Manage office appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room bookings. Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly. Assist with the preparation of documents and presentations as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using office equipment, such as copiers and scanners.
