Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Manage visitor check-in procedures and maintain reception records. Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room reservations. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical duties. Support office staff with administrative tasks and special projects.
