Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff members. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries accurately. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
