Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect information and update records
- Assist with administrative support tasks as needed, including filing, faxing
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow and efficient operations
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate personnel
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
