JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. College degree or above, 1 year of relevant work experience, secretarial, administrative management and other related majors are preferred.
  2. Responsible, conscientious, proactive, with a strong sense of service.
  3. Proficiency in using office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  4. Good organizational and communication skills, responsible, and able to coordinate with colleagues in various departments.
  5. Lively and cheerful personality, having excellent customer service skill, and a clear career plan for themselves.
  6. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, basic oral and writing skills in French
  7. Driver’s License
    Salary range: $16-$20 per hour
    Working schedule: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm

Responsibilities
  1. Answer phone calls, record messages and transfer calls to appropriate person if necessary.
  2. Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  3. Respond to company emails, faxes and mail, and document all messages and files accurately.
  4. Perform office administration and facilitate management to ensure the office environment and equipment are well functional.
  5. Assist the supervisor and sales team to handle administrative work
  6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
