Description Position Summary The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience. This role is responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations within the dealership. Requirements Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Front Desk Greet and welcome all customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Direct guests to appropriate departments (Sales, Service, Parts, Finance) Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area Phone & Communication Management Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to staff Assist with basic customer inquiries or direct calls appropriately Administrative Support Perform data entry and maintain customer records as needed Assist with filing, scanning, and document organization Support dealership staff with clerical tasks and special projects Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Cash Handling Process payments and issue receipts accurately Balance cash drawer and assist with end-of-day reporting Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or dealership software) Work Environment Fast-paced automotive dealership setting Frequent interaction with customers, staff, and vendors May require evening or weekend shifts based on dealership hours Key Competencies Customer-focused mindset Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Reliability and punctuality Ability to remain calm under pressure Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Occasional lifting of light office materials (up to 15 lbs)
