Location: Dallas, TX     (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $45,870 - $56,210 per year We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, making a positive impression through excellent customer service and effective communication. This role requires someone who can manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.  Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner. * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly. * Manage and maintain the scheduling of appointments and meetings. * Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail. * Maintain an organized and tidy reception area at all times. * Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude. * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
