BILINGUAL ARABIC & ENGLISH

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role
  • Greet visitors and answering calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Manage the reception area and maintain its organization.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, filling and data entry.
  • Receive and handle mail and packages
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With minimum 2 years of UAE experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
