Description Thorson Baker + Associates is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Office Relations Manager for our Engineering firm. This role is essential to maintaining a positive and professional office atmosphere while ensuring exceptional guest and client services. Thorson Baker + Associates, Inc. is a mid-size multi-discipline consulting engineering firm specializing in institutional and commercial building design throughout the United States and Puerto Rico where we help build the future. We are located in a class A office building that sits on twelve acres midway between Cleveland and Akron, minutes from four major highways with easy access to surrounding communities and suburbs. · Answer phones, greet guests, employees, job applicants. · Assist HR Manager with yearly Engineering Licensing renewals and registration. · Manage calendars, scheduling, and organize meetings for staff. · Coordination with coffee and vending suppliers. · Maintain office supply inventory and cleanliness. · Help keep front lounge area clean and organized. · Upkeep of café area and lounge. · Set up conference/lunchroom for meetings.
