JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Sales Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent organizational and communication skills, is detail-oriented, and is able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Computer proficient.
  • Positive attitude, excellent time-management skills and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-have:

  • Adaptive personality with the ability to learn fast and apply new sales strategy
  • Marketing experience, graphic design skill an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour

  • Answer calls & emails in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate and manage dispatch of orders and deliveries appointment.
  • Manage and maintain physical and digital filing records.
  • Provide administrative support. Data Entry.
  • Assist with online and showroom sale.
  • Create and assist with promotional content for marketing and sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
