Description

Our client, a well-established family company is looking to recruit an experienced Office / Sales Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working within a small team, and be motivated, confident and happy working on their own when required.
You will be working closely with and supporting the Directors in the smooth running of the company, duties will include:
· Dealing with inbound enquiries and booking customers in for surveys
· Responding to incoming enquiries, liaising with customers and suppliers, and managing other administrative tasks.
· Creating & sending customer quotes
· Following up on quotes via phone and email
· Being a friendly face to welcome potential customers to the showroom and show them the products on display
· Booking customers in for fitting dates & ensuring the fitting teams have all relevant paperwork and documentation
· Registering jobs for guarantees post-installation and ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed
· Sending invoices and taking payments
· Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date throughout the entire customer lifecycle (full training will be given)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience within a busy administrative role
Confident communications skills, both on the phone and face to face
Accurate written and IT skills
Ability to organise workload productively
Follow procedures, but also make suggestions where relevant
Prompt timekeeper
Have integrity and take pride in your work
Training on their inhouse CRM and other industry specifics will be given.
Salary is £24,000pa - £27,000pa
Hours are 09:00 – 17:00 M-F with flexibility.
Own Transport is desirable
