We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator/sales person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in data entry, and familiarity with being able to route and book technicians and delivery drivers to appointments..The Office Administrator will ensure efficient office operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, for a home service company. with the ability to coordinate with customers, route, dispatch, invoice, work on reports
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and other office equipment.
