JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role involves managing front desk activities, handling multi-line phone systems, and assisting with various clerical tasks. The Office Secretary will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication within the office and with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an office setting with clerical or administrative responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus; experience in bookkeeping is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clients.
  • Previous experience as a construction receptionist is advantageous but not required.
