We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. EXPERIENCE

  • Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, calendar management, data entry, filing, and customer support is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

  • Assist with Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and other software tools for administrative tasks.
