You will be responsible for creating a professional, efficient, and welcoming office experience while supporting a wide range of operational needs. Pay rate 26/hr Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Experience Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees Deliver a high level of customer service and create a welcoming environment Respond to inquiries and provide timely, professional support Office & Operational Support Support daily office operations to ensure an efficient and organized workplace Maintain office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed Assist with general administrative and back-office tasks Mailroom & Logistics Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Ensure timely and accurate distribution of mail Maintain organization and tracking of deliveries Hospitality & Reprographics Provide support for meetings and events, including setup and coordination Assist with printing, copying, and document production services Ensure common spaces and meeting areas are clean and organized Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of experience in customer service, office support, hospitality, or similar roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in corporate office services, facilities, or workplace support Experience with front desk or receptionist duties Familiarity with mailroom operations or reprographics se Opensity is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
