Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist both guests and employees to the building
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk and guest lounge area
  • Screen and direct incoming calls, emails and internal tickets as required
  • Manage all office services and facilities requests, to be allocated to management when needed; including but not limited to parking, security access, booking resources, maintenance, supply inquiries and office feedback
  • Manage security access cards for employees, vendors and guests
  • Create and maintain content, documents and data on internal platforms
  • Administer bookings for specialty spaces, desk sharing, and other office spaces as needed
  • Uphold building emergency processes and procedures
  • Maintain the organization and stock replenishment for all supply/printer rooms, kitchens and other common spaces
  • Complete daily building walk throughs for site maintenance, cleanliness and organization
  • Create and maintain strong process and procedures documentation
  • Support core lululemon team with events at building as needed
  • Undertake special assignments and projects when needed
