The Office Services Manager is responsible for providing on-site management to support our facilities, hospitality, conference room and office support services operation in a highly professional office environment. Responsibilities The Office Services Manager will be responsible for providing superior on-site facilities and office services. Additional responsibilities include: Management: Professional and friendly customer service - Consistently displaying highly hospitable site standards Verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients Oversight/management of preferred vendors Managing a team of on-site employees Oversee employees' performance, provide guidance and support Manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful Provide training and learning experiences to the Office Services staff Conduct regular team meetings with direct reports in conjunction with management Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures Assist in space planning projects Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned On-Site Services: Providing superior support to one dedicated floor of services Managing meeting and conference room services Set ups and breakdowns for meetings, food and beverage services Porter services to promote a clean, concierge-style environment on-site Managing facilities related requests Managing mail, office supplies and upkeep of office space including inventory of all items Overseeing pantry inventory; ordering supplies Oversee the daily operation of the Office Services equipment Light administrative duties Qualifications Ideal candidates will have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, display superior hospitality standards, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Previous experience as a people manager is mandatory!
