PART-TIME – FLEXIBLE HOURS – SMALL CUSTOM AUTOMOTIVE INTERIOR SHOP

We’re a small but busy custom automotive interior shop specializing in plastic repairs, re-coloring, hydro dipping, upholstery, and product production. Our customers ship their parts to us from all over the country, and keeping everything organized, logged, and moving is critical to our success.
We’re looking for a highly organized, self-motivated person to handle the day-to-day operations and customer communication so our production team can focus on the hands-on work.

Responsibilities
  • Customer communication – Reply to emails and calls promptly during business hours (within 1–2 hours unless you’re tied up with an urgent task).
  • Shipping & receiving – Unbox incoming shipments, inspect & catalog parts, update project logs, prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Estimates & invoices – Create estimates, send invoices, process payments.
  • Marketing & web updates – Send marketing emails, schedule social media posts.
  • Project tracking – Help keep jobs organized and on schedule.
