Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide top-notch customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Support the several teams by coordinating schedules.
  • Provide leadership to office staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Assist in training new employees on office procedures and software usage.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and office supplies inventory.
  • Help manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Collaborate with technical sales teams to address customer needs effectively.
  • Manage the solar application process, from initial submission to final approval.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and codes, including those related to permits, inspections, and utility interconnection.
  • Track project progress in CRM and project management systems
  • Support the Production Manager and other team members with administrative tasks related to solar projects.
  • Communicate with customers, keeping them informed of project updates and ensuring a positive experience.
