About this role We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented individual to act as the first point of contact for all Vodafone employees regarding Office Spaces and Desk Booking Tool queries. This role focuses on delivering high-quality support through email, web chat, and Ask HR online, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements. The successful candidate will collaborate with Global Technology and Property teams to stay informed on policy updates and process enhancements, while continuously identifying opportunities for service improvement. What you will do Respond to employee queries related to Office Spaces via email, web chat, and online ticketing systems. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of queries in line with agreed service level agreements. Maintain data integrity and compliance with audit requirements. Deliver administrative services with precision and professionalism, aligned to defined KPIs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding process updates and enhancements. Apply sound judgement to resolve issues and support employees with appropriate solutions. Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and service excellence. Who you are Demonstrates a strong customer service mindset and a solution-oriented approach. Skilled in managing queries and providing clear, empathetic communication. Comfortable working in multicultural environments with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Quick to learn and adapt, showing agility in acquiring new knowledge.
