For this position, your direct supervisor will be: Supervisor Name: Tiffany Kim Supervisor Title: Office Manager Job Summary Office Staff Members at Perfection Gymnastics are the first point of contact for our customers, and they strive to build relationships with all parents, students, and staff. These relationships allow the Office Staff to assist our customers in the most effective way, while supporting their fellow staff members and the company at large. Office Staff members foster these relationships by providing excellent customer service and positive energy to their work environment. Tasks and Responsibilities Attends all regularly scheduled work times, staff education meetings, professional development opportunities, and other meetings as scheduled. Communicates in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner with all customers and coworkers in person, on the phone, via email, and in all other forms of communications. Follows all procedures as mandated by Perfection Gymnastics School, including but not limited to daily procedures, cash box procedures, and emergency procedures. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of all programs offered and the staff structure for each. Solves customer problems or complaints with patience, courtesy, and in a timely manner; in collaboration with management when necessary. Demonstrates technological literacy and uses iClassPro, the Google Suite, the copier/scanner, and other technological applications fluently. Wears appropriate attire and maintains a clean, professional appearance. Helps maintain a clean, healthy, and organized workspace. Demonstrates a positive attitude, ethical behavior, and strong work ethic at all times. Dedicates time to continuous learning and professional growth, and provides ideas for improvement. *This list is not exhaustive and there may be other duties as deemed necessary by a supervisor or manager.* Requirements Qualifications Must pass a criminal background check Must be able to lift 40 pounds Must communicate clearly and fluently in English (both written and verbal) Must be proficient in technology and computer skills Working Conditions The physical environment requires the ability to work both seated and standing/walking, with some light lifting (up to 40 lbs), squatting, stooping, bending, use of computer keyboard and mouse, and other physical movement on occasion. There is potential exposure to hazardous material/bodily fluids including but not limited to magnesium carbonate (chalk), blood, urine, and vomit. May be required to administer life saving techniques to gymnasts, customers or staff. Other: *This is not an exhaustive list of potential hazardous working conditions* Evaluation Every employee at Perfection Gymnastics School will be evaluated at least yearly and maybe more frequent depending upon the length of time employed and performance.
