We are currently seeking an Experienced Administrator Supervisor to join our growing team to support our growing client base. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in handling customer enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous customer service experience is a necessity (2 years preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

EDUCATION:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Responsibilities

-Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email or our customer portals
-Maintain detailed customer records and update information as necessary.
-Identify and escalate urgent issues to the appropriate department for swift resolution.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Facilitate communication between departments to enhance collaboration and workflow efficiency.
· Invoicing & Payment Tracking: Generate invoices and assist in tracking payments.
