Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for an Office Supervisor to join our friendly team based in Birmingham.
Salary - £28,000 plus bonus
Type – Permanent, Full Time
Working Pattern – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

The ideal candidate must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy. We are looking for a strong team player who has a proven background within an administrative role.
The role will lead and manage the team to ensure the efficient delivery of work in line with company procedures, on time and to the highest standard.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be articulate, possess excellent IT and communication skills and work well under pressure in a busy office environment.
  • Commitment to working as part of a team.
  • Proven background in Administration.
  • A keen eye for detail in all tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Managing all administration staff and maximising their performance through development and training
  • Leading by example with an inspirational and caring attitude, honesty and exemplary role specific skills
  • Ensuring that all administration is accurate and completed on time in the office and warehouse
  • Supervising customer order processing and tracking
  • Coordinating customer care issues
  • Ensuring preparation for stock take is complete and accurate
  • Minimising unsold stock
  • Completing a weekly income summary
  • Thorough knowledge of the in house computer software
  • Carry out fitting diary responsibilities
