In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a team of nine administrative staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service. You will work closely alongside the Admin Manager, providing support and deputising in their absence, including covering annual leave when required. The post is primarily based in our admin office, which provides essential administrative support to the Anticoagulant Nurse Specialists as well as the Antenatal and Neonatal Screening Service. This is a key role in ensuring both services operate effectively and continue to deliver high standards of patient care. The working pattern for this position is 09:00 – 17:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with some flexibility to be negotiated in line with service needs. This position would suit an organised and proactive individual with strong communication skills, who is confident in supervising a team and contributing to a positive working environment.
