Description

Established Manufacturing Company requires an Office Supervisor for our Head Office in New Westminster. Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and general Bookkeeping is required.
The position is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Strong A/P, A/R and Collection experience is required.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Preparing and Completing daily Invoicing
  • Daily AR Collection calls
  • Creating JV and Credit Notes
  • Entering daily Cash
  • Processing Orders
  • Payroll
  • Purchasing
  • Filing

Competencies:

  • Strong phone and collection skills
  • Intermediate level with Excel, Word, Outlook, experience with accounting software
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable experience
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time
  • Reliable and works well independently
  • Good English communication skills – written for email correspondence and verbal for phone discussions
  • Able to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
